As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working as part of the Warehouse operation and be required to control the receipt and storage of a wide range of products in our goods in department.
This role will be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm, alternating with 2pm - 10pm on a weekly basis and it will be based in Runcorn.

Responsibilities:- Controlling the receipt and storage of a wide range of products in our goods in department
- Supporting the Stock Controller, Returns Coordinator and the Warehouse operation in maintaining Stock Integrity, stock accuracy, returns, daily stock queries, stock / customer complaints and stock checks
- Adhering to statutory and company requirements for the health and safety of yourself and co-workers
- Controlling the receipt and check products in against delivery notes and booking onto stock using our computerised system (P12 SAP)
- Unloading trailers and vans in line with our health and safety procedures
- Notifying the relevant departments via a non-conformance of any damaged goods received or any discrepancies
- Completion of all paperwork as required to fulfil the contractual needs of the business as instructed and outlined within the SOP’s
- Liaising with customer services, supply chain and QA personnel to ensure that stock activities are expedited in a timely manner
- Liaising with Calea, ASU and FK business units on site regarding returns
- Ensuring all statutory and legal requirements with relation to MHRA/GDP regulations are met
- Liaising with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring that the use of MHE equipment checks are completed in line with Fresensius-Kabi policies and legal requirements
- Previous Goods In experience
- SAP Systems and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience and knowledge
- Principles of Good Distribution and Practice (GDP)
- Experience of operating Mechanical Equipment (PPT/LLOP/Reach)
- Articulate, numerate and able to communicate effectively
