Warehouse Operative
We currently have an exciting position as a Warehouse Operative in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Spalding. Our company has been globally recognised for its contributions to the industry and was recently crowned ‘PACCAR Financial Dealer of the Year 2022’ as well as ‘Used Truck Dealer of the Year 2022’ at DAF’s International Dealer Meeting in Barcelona.
As a Warehouse Operative, we can offer you:
· An hourly rate of up to £11.55 per hour (depending on experience) + overtime

Who are we looking for:
· Ideally you will have previous experience working within Warehousing environment as a Warehouse Operative or in a similar role.
· Experience in a parts or distribution operation involving inventory control, goods inwards and order picking would be an advantage but not essential.
· Computer literate - ability to use appropriate systems and software.
· Having a FLT licence would be preferable but not essential.
· Demonstrate a positive 'can-do' attitude.
The Warehouse Operative role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Identifying and placing inbound parts into the correct locations. Identifying and picking outbound parts for distribution. Control the return of parts to suppliers. Ensure there is always a quick and efficient response to customer and depot requirements. Competent housekeeping of the warehousing area.
Working Monday to Friday, 6am – 2:30pm (approx) and alternate Saturdays, 6am – 10am (Saturday paid as overtime)
