Job description
Event Concept have an opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant (Dry Hire) to join our team. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you’ll support the installations that we provide to clients, from ensuring that stock is prepped and ready to load, to working in our prestigious venues.
Event Concept is a leading creative production agency specialising in live, hybrid and virtual event production. Our team comprises industry leading specialists across design, scenic construction, technical production and live show management.
From global brand experiences, conferences and award shows to virtual production through our in-house studios, we work with our clients to create meaningful human experiences.

Who are you?
- First and foremost, you're a team player. You're willing to roll your sleeves up and help your team.
- You have a good understanding of H&S in the workplace especially within warehouse environments.
- You’re a solution focussed self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Good communication skills.
- A creative eye would be a bonus!
- Excellent time management.
- Willing to work additional hours as and when needed regularly.
Day to day activities:
- Prepping and packing of floral equipment and furniture, varying from delicate glass to heavy furniture pieces.
- Painting and spray painting anything from vases to tables.
- Unpacking and cleaning of equipment including flagging damaged equipment upon return.
- Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanical handling equipment.
- Housekeeping, maintaining cleanliness of floors and storage areas.
- Carry out recycling and waste disposal.
- Attending our venues for installations.
