We have a great opportunity to join our Customer Service Operations department, where we play an integral part in the efficient running of our contact centre teams.

What does this role involve?
Working in our Central Resource team, you will monitor the operational performance of our contact centre teams and ensure customer contact is maintained.
Day to day you will;
- manage queues and ensure wait time is a minimum;
- analyse agent downtime using our telephony routing platform;
- allocate and redeploy staff depending real time situations.
Who are we looking for?
As a data centric role, you will come from an analytical background, where you will provide live support and be able to maintain consistent performance.
For this role you will have a keen eye for detail, experience of working in a contact centre environment and good communication skills.
