Job description
We are looking for a despatch assistant to help in our busy warehouse. This is a varied job role which will include dealing with customers face to face on collections and deliveries, advising customers on products and also preparing items for the customer including despatching and warehouse work.
We are only open at good times, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm and don't work weekends which means you will always have these free.

Key Details:
- Provide phone, and email support to customers
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pre and post-sale information
- Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
- Providing great service at all aspects of the customer journey
- Picking, Packing and Despatching of orders
- Fork lift licence will be provided if you do not have one
Key Requirements:
- Confident, friendly and professional manner is required
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Ability to problem solve
- Reliable - as part of such a small team this is extremely important
