What you'll do

This role will see you becoming a trusted adviser to your clients, providing subject matter expertise and excellent service on private banking products. Identifying opportunities to deliver against your clients’ wealth management needs, you’ll drive high client retention and satisfaction, while demonstrating a fundamental commitment to our business principles through outstanding client service.

You’ll also be:

  • Expanding the size and quality of your client base by initiating new relationships and developing existing ones
  • Providing wealth management product advice and sales to clients
  • Ensuring first class regulatory compliance and risk management for your portfolio
  • Keeping up to date with financial markets and macroeconomic news so you can communicate effectively to your colleagues and clients

The skills you'll need

Your role will be based on interaction with our clients, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, allowing you to build effective networks in order to exceed their expectations through outstanding service.

You’ll be CeMAP qualified and will have a relevant qualification in accordance with the FCA Training and Competence handbook, covering the advice activity of regulated mortgage contracts. A proven track record in providing complex lending solutions for clients is essential.

We’ll also look to you to have:

  • A CISI level 4 certificate, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of client profiling, risk analysis and asset allocation
  • Proven experience of meeting financial and service targets
  • A track record of developing client relationships
