Change Recruitment are looking to recruit warehouse operatives for our busy, growing client in St.Helens, Merseyside.

Duties include:

• Checking outgoing orders ensure the correct requested numbers and products
• Machine based packaging work
• Picking using hand held scanner
• Pallet checking duties
• To undertake any other duties as requested by the management.
• Report any missing or damaged products to your supervisor
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Clean and maintain warehouse equipment

Work hours and benefits

• This is a 12 week temp- permanent position with an average of 42.5 hours per week.
• Monday - Friday 08:00-17:30 or 7:30-16:30
• £10.42-£10.92 per hour - paid weekly
• 28 Days annual leave per annum pro rata
• Attendance bonus
• Referral bonus's

Warehouse worker qualifications and skills

• You must comply with site rules and regulations and always work safely. The role involves a high degree of manual handling, lifting, bending and twisting.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following key Skills Good communication skills with the ability to reasonably communicate in English as well as comprehend written instructions.
• The ability to work as part of a team or work on your own initiative as and when required.
• Experience of working in a warehouse/production or fast paced environment would be an advantage, although full training will be given.
• 21 years +
