Job description

BSNI is working with a leading company in Belfast recruiting for a Milk Processing Operative.

Location: Belfast

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm

Rate: £10.50-£11/hour

Description

  • Operating milk and cream processing equipment to produce a range of milk, buttermilk and creams.
  • Highly automated system that is controlled by computers.
  • Job also involves filling IBC of milk and cream and therefore some manual handling/lifting involved.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a production environment
  • Methodical approach with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Compliance with all relevant procedures relating to hygiene and quality
  • High attention to detail
  • Good numerical skills
  • Enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
