Job description
Due to sustained growth in our business, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team located at Monument Park, Chalgrove, OX44 7RW.
This is a permanent position, Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 18:00, 40 hours per week.
The role:
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying stock items
- Picking and packing
- General housekeeping
- Palletising frozen stock
- Assisting in stock taking and preparation
- Receipt of deliveries and the loading orders.
We all work as a team, so you'll have assistance whenever you need it.
About you:
- Attention to detail, the ability to follow processes, work unsupervised and good communication skills are important.
- A full clean licence would be an advantage, as there could be local ad-hoc work needed.
- Previous experience would be beneficial, as would an FLT licence but full training will be given to the right person.
Your own transport or means to reach our site is essential due to our rural location. Public transport is not regular enough to fit in with our shift times. All necessary PPE will be provided.
Hourly rate: £13.00
Holiday entitlement: starts at 20 days plus bank holidays and increases with services to a maximum of 25 days plus bank holiday.
