Job description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
- Raising packing slips
- Picking and packing shipments.
- Liaising with the commercial (operations / logistics / sales) team regarding orders.
- Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently and safely.
- have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
- keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
- Help to maintain an efficient positive, communicative working environment.
- Ensure warehouse is kept in good order free of any potential healthy and safety risks.
- Follow company procedures for goods in, goods out.
- Multitask and carry out several different roles on a daily basis
