Because of our excellent products and customer service, we are growing!Currently, we are searching for a Warehouse Team Member (Delivery & Warehouse) to join our growing company.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for this position include:Maintain receiving, warehousing, equipment and production proceduresService and repair of bottled water processing equipment, coffee brewers, bottled water coolers and customer equipment installationsMaintain standards of health, safety, and hygiene for bottled water productionReceive product orders and stock shelves, ensuring inventory is properly received and rotated in the warehouse.Operate a forklift as neededMaintain a clean and organized warehousePick products from shelves to assist in stocking company trucks for distributionOperate a bottle water processorDrive a large delivery vehicle to make the delivery of coffee, bottled water and other supplies as needed.You must be comfortable driving a large delivery vehicle (a CDL is not required)Because the employee will be working in various environments with other individuals, proof of COVID19 vaccination is required.JOB REQUIREMENTS for this position include : Possess excellent customer skillsMust have excellent organizational skills and be able to work in a team environmentMust have a valid driver's license (a CDL is not required)Must have a clean driving record.Able to pass a physical examMust pass a pre-hire drug screen.Must be at least 21 years of age because insurance company requires anyone driving a vehicle to be over this age.Ability to lift 40 pounds without difficultyMust be self motivated and have good communication skillsPrevious experience preferred in warehousing, food production, equipment servicing and troubleshooting.Our company will provide additional training that is specific to our industry. A company vehicle is provided to carry out the job responsibilities.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The Warehouse/Delivery Associate position pay is $20 per hour. A hiring bonus of $500 is offered and payable after 100 days of employment.The job schedule is Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm. The employee gets one hour for lunch.
