Here at GXO, we are on the search for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Swansea on our Virgin Media Contract. You’ll be responsible for driving and maintaining a positive and compliant health and safety culture within your team whilst leading your team to achieve business goals.
You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 – 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,668.76 In addition, we offer 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Daily supervision of a team of operatives and agency staff in the department
- Ensure all the staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
- Priorities warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
- To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Logistics Team Leader experience in a fast-moving environment
- Strong warehouse system experience
- Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
- A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work
