Job description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a valued client in Grimsby. This is a permanent position for the right person. 40 hours per week with overtime as/when required. £12/£14 per hour dependent on experience with weekend rates.
Essential/Desirable qualifications & skills:
Have previous employment in the recycling industry and have full knowledge / experience of different materials.
Must have a full driver’s licence and be able to drive a van (min age 30 due to insurance).
Experience driving a Counter balance Forklift and current licence is essential. Experience with attachments rotator and bale clamp and advantage.
Excellent organisation skills required.
Be able to lead and motivate a team and quality check team member’s work.
Good housekeeping and be able to spot and deal with problems and issues
Be able to work in a challenging and a very busy at all times workplace.
Be flexible with working hours to include some weekend work.
Own transport essential.
Job Summary:
Keeping yard tidy.
Planning workloads and organising tasks.
Completing paperwork & labelling / weighing products.
Maintain up to date and accurate records.
Assist with the daily operations of the organisation.
Communicate and co-operate with Manager and co-workers.
