Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Aberdeen - AB21 0GL
Salary: £24,124.86
Shift: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 18:30

- To support the First Line Manager to achieve an efficient and effective operation meeting goals and objectives.
- Contribute to site continuous improvement agenda
- Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels using coaching and mentoring skills
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
- Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced

- Forklift Licence desirable but not essential
