Thrive Brands is an eCommerce business owner and operator. We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to join our team. This role is full time, in house and will be assisting our general manager in all terms of our warehouse operation.
We are looking for someone who's familiar with warehouse duties, not afraid to get stuck into tasks our warehouse operatives do, has some managerial experience and knows how to use a computer well. You should be able to email and use office applications to a good standard.
You should have a collaborative attitude, not afraid to ask for help when you need it but should not have an ego. We love people who want to work as a team to get the job done. We don't think anyone is more important than the next person and would love a candidate with the same attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working within our warehouse manager to arrange daily fulfilment, print and staff operations
- Actively participating in warehouse duties including picking orders, packing orders, preparing for dispatch and printing orders
- Managing staff rotas / schedules when needed
- Covering our warehouse manager over any given holidays
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Potential overtime available during busy periods
Requirements:
- Warehouse experience (1 year+)
- Supervisor / Managerial experience
- IT/Office experience
