DEPARTMENT MANAGER

RALPH LAUREN SWINDON

We have an exciting opportunity for a Department Manager to join our team in Gretna store. You will have the opportunity to work for an iconic and unique lifestyle brand with exciting career opportunities within Ralph Lauren. People leadership

Commerciality

• Deliver and maintain an elevated customer experience within the store environment
• Implement the Ralph Lauren ways of working and selling culture to maximise sales and profitability
• Develop and monitor key metrics that drive the business plan
• Keep up to date with competitor activity

Operations

• Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
• Lead floor recovery, ensuring price and size integrity
• Manage and maintain a safe work environment for customers and employees by complying with all company policies and procedures

Skills & Knowledge

• Managed a team of 10 or more
• 2 strategic cycles in a department manager or assistant manager environment
• Energetic, passionate and results driven
• Experienced leader having previously worked in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
