Warehouse Supervisor (late shift)
Bristol Cribbs Causeway

The position involves:
- Provide leadership and supervision on day-to-day basis, including operation debriefs with shift Team Leader.
- You will also be required to work closely with the transport teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- Coordination of activities including Holiday & Sickness cover planning, Operational communications, Health & Safety compliance and equipment maintenance.
- Assisting with team brief topics and documentation.
- Managing the equipment maintenance and service schedule for the operational equipment.
- Investigating all queries, both internal and external.
- Assisting in production of KPI’s and daily statistics.
Essential Skills required:
- Experience of working in a similar role is vital and you should have a good working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Willing to travel and provide local multi-site support as and when required.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Working to deadlines.
- Solution driven and Flexible approach to your work.
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
