The firm is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to provide general support on a day-to-day basis to the Finance team with internal processes. Responsibilities:
- Learn and, in time, take responsibility for key departmental processes
- Billing Team – assist in preparation of pre bills for fee earner review
- Billing Team – assist in maintenance of work in progress balances
- Cashiering Team – assist in posting of invoices to finance system
- Cashiering Team – assist in reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assist Credit Controller with client statements and audit letters
- Assist Financial Controller with aspects of month end reporting
- Monitor and update Finance content on firm’s intranet
- Attend training and form an understanding of Solicitors Account Rules Competencies
