We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator/Supervisor to join the day shift team in our Harlow depot. Reporting in to the Warehouse Team Manager you’ll perform tasks associated to the operational and compliance requirements of the department whilst ensuring a safe environment.

You will assist with the collation of information and data to be used in team briefings and displayed on noticeboards. You will handle calls and emails to provide administrative support within agreed parameters and escalate any issues to the appropriate people. You will be able to communicate effectively with all individuals within the depot and external departments, including Customers, Contractors and Suppliers.

You will be able to perform regular reviews and checks on operational areas such as goods in delivery, and will perform Health and Safety checks. You’ll promote and assist the management team by performing regular reviews on individual’s compliance and standards including PPE, MHE observations and racking inspections. You will assist investigations and take notes in formal hearings, ensuring the content remains confidential.

To be successful in this role you’ll have strong communication skills and have warehouse experience preferably in a food warehousing and distribution environment with experience of coordinating tasks.
