Job description

Hours of work: Night shifts 7pm to 7am, 4 on / 4 off

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties listed below. This role will require you to be physically fit as it will involve manual lifting. You will be required to be computer literate, hardworking whilst adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.

*Forklift licence is desirable but not essential as we are willing to train the suitable candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

· You will be loading and unloading lorries with palletised goods for storage in the warehouse or yard.

· Dispatching shipments & use our inventory management app.

· Unloading & preparing container & articulated loads

· Checking of goods into the warehouse.

· Storing pallets away in racking using a reach forklift.

· Using the warehouse system & scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick & dispatch.

· Completing any applicable paperwork in line with the warehouse processes.

· Picking and assembling orders with a high level of quality and accuracy

· Replenishment of empty pick locations

· Pallet management & preparation.

· Adhere to department work processes & company H&S policy within the department

· Contribute to the continual improvement of Warehouse processes

· High level of housekeeping ongoing to ensure high standards of warehousing environment are kept to.

· Assisting when required within different areas of the warehouse to include wrapping and labelling of pallets.
