Warehouse Operative

A London based fashion company is looking a reliable and flexible person to join our friendly team as a full time Warehouse Operative in our distribution centre based on Europark, Rugby, CV23 0AL.

Permanent, 40 hours per week (standard hours 08:30 – 17:30) across 7 days - weekends only at peak times. Immediate start available.

You will be part of a small team covering but not limited to the following warehouse duties:

• Assisting with goods in and loading out going shipments
• Receiving and logging any incoming stock
• Operate MHE (Reach truck license preferred) training will be given
• Accurately picking, packing and despatch of ecommerce orders within required time frame
• Prepare and complete orders for wholesale customers
• Use WMS software system to optimize warehouse functionality and distribution
• Perform inventory controls
• Keeping warehouse clean and tidy

Warehouse Operatives Requirements

• MHE licence preferred (reach truck) training will be given
• Must be physically fit as some lifting involved in line with Health & Safety regulations.
• Be flexible on working hours to suit the requirements of the business
• Be self-motivated, conscientious with a desire to do well within the workplace
• Able to converse in and understand written English,
• Reliable
• A good team player

Desirable

• Experience of working in a warehouse environment is beneficial, but not mandatory

Own transport will be required due to location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
