15 hours per week, worked over 3 days, Salary: £8127 per annum (£10.52 per hour)
Julia’s House are seeking a new colleague to join our supportive and enthusiastic team in our flagship store and warehouse in Creekmoor.
In this role you will be working in our donations area, sorting the large volume of donated bric-a-brac that arrives at Julia’s House. Can you spot treasure? Do you know your antiques and luxury brands from your basic brands?
Ideally you will have experience within the antiques and bric-a-brac field, be well organised and enjoy working as part of a team including volunteers. In addition, you may be required to work on the shop floor from time to time, so you will have excellent customer service skills. You will also be literate, as part of your role will be helping to administer and promote the Gift Aid system.
This is a very fast-paced environment and will require people with stamina, who have excellent knowledge of health & safety in the workplace. So come join our busy, dynamic and friendly team and know you are helping support our wonderful children.
The successful candidates will have sound Health & Safety awareness and a good understanding of manual handling issues to take account of the physical nature of this role.
