Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Rotational AM 0600-1400 sun- thurs / tues - sat then PM 1400 - 0000 sun -wed / wed-sat

- Inbound department management-4 FLMs
- Point of contact for the customer and site leadership team
- Health and Safety management
- Review absence and ensure FLMs are following processes and procedures
- KPI management
- Kronos use

- History of working within Ecommerce
- Experience managing a team
- Computer literacy
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- H&S knowledge / management
