Monday – Friday Day Shift (45 hours per week between 6am – 6pm)

In this role and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be a critical member of the operational management team, ensuring that the warehouse is running safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with colleagues in key departments within the depot such as the distribution team, to contribute to the overall success of the operation.

With full shift responsibility and leading an overall team of circa 85 across all aspects of the warehouse operation, from goods in, to stock management and order picking, you’ll engage, motivate, and lead your team managers to ensure productivity targets are achieved and high levels of customer service are delivered.

To join us as a Warehouse Shift Manager you will have previous supervisory or management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse operation. You’ll have good commercial awareness and strong analytical skills which you’ll use to make sound decisions. With a strong focus on results, you will have the people skills to get the best out of your team and enable their development. Tenacious and resilient you’re a pro-active problem solver, with the drive and determination to overcome challenges and succeed.
