Hourly rate: £10.13 for days, £13.44 for the shift below and £12.81 for nights
Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Hours per week: Full-time hours are 37.5 plus overtime but please let us know what you are able to work and we can discuss this
Responsibilities for Production or Warehouse Operatives may include:
- Learning how to safely operate machines to produce Essilor lenses
- Monitoring your own production station to ensure defects are quickly reported for resolution
- Managing your own workstation to ensure it is kept clean and tidy and support colleagues to ensure work flows smoothly between workstations
- Sharing your product and process knowledge with colleagues as relevant
- To continuously improve work processes to ensure everything is performed in an efficient, effective and cost-effective manner
- Packing finished items for delivery to our customers
