This role is target driven, and you will be monitored based on your:

- Pick Performance
- Conduct

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- The ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
- A "can-do" attitude and a friendly approach to others
Whilst you do not need to have previous experience working in a picking/packing environment, you should be ready and able to work to pre-set targets. These targets are set for you, and full training is given to ensure you are up to speed and hitting your KPI's.

Warehouse Picker Packer - The Role & Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing items for customer orders
- Helping load and unload pallets and stock items
- Walking long distances around the Warehouse
- Bending, lifting, and moving items
- There will be other general warehouse duties involved adhoc
