As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations by ensuring that products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipping. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy to meet our customers' expectations.This position is Permanent but is SHIFT WORK the shift pattern is as followsEARLY - Mon - Thur 6:45am - 2:45pm FRIDAY 6:45am - 11:45amMID - Mon - Thur 2:30pm - 10:15pm FRIDAY 11:30am - 5pmNIGHT - Monday - Thursday 10pm - 7:15amKey Responsibilities:Packing and LabelingAccurately pack products into containers or boxes according to company guidelines.Apply appropriate labels, barcodes, and shipping information to each package.Quality Control:Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing.Report any quality issues to the Warehouse Supervisor for resolution.Order Fulfillment:Assemble orders based on packing lists and shipping orders.Ensure that the correct quantities and products are included in each shipment.Organising InventoryMaintain an organized and clean workspace to maximize efficiency.Assist in restocking packaging materials and supplies as needed.Safety and ComplianceAdhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.Comply with all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.CommunicationCollaborate with other warehouse team members and supervisors to coordinate packing and shipping schedules.Communicate any inventory shortages or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftWork Location: In person
