Warehouse Operator-Packer 12-month FTC Greenford, England
Job description
To be responsible for the day to day picking and packing of customer web orders, labelling and despatch requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- To pick and pack web orders for customer deliveries via third party couriers. Ensure that these are picked accurately and that the correct product batches are selected.
- Ensure that orders are packed securely and that appropriate documentation is completed for each order.
- Prepare orders and help load onto delivery vehicles. Ensure that loading is secure and safe.
- To be responsible for packaging material,ensuring that packaging replenishment orders are placed on time so as to avoid running out of material.
- To maintain the order packing area in a clean,safe and hygienic manner.
- To keep the warehouse manager informed of any problems.
- To carry out any other warehouse tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager

- Good attention to detail when completing tasks
- Good sense of judgment
- Team spirited/good sense of humour
- Must be able to lift and move boxes of up to 10kgs
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well on a team but be self motivated and independent at times

- 40 hrs/wk 8:00am-4.30pm Mon-Fri
- 12 month FTC
- KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks related to the role
- You’ll need to be within easy commute to the office (45-min door to door commute times will only be considered)
