An opportunity has now arisen in our warehouse for a new operative.
The main portion of the role will be in our order fulfilment team, predominantly picking and packing customer orders. Other responsibilities include: the daily intake of deliveries that come into our warehouse, quality checking goods, ensuring our paper work matches the goods received and ensuring stock is stored in the correct location. Help maintain site tidiness for a clean and safe environment and replenishment of stock levels. Ensuring all courier parcels are shipped via our daily collection.
With a responsibility to communicate effectively to department manager.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Picking and packing of orders
- Intake of deliveries
- Stock control
- Site maintenance
- Monitor and report stock-levels
- Ensure on-going replenishment of both picking stocks and packing materials
- Despatch of courier parcels in the afternoon
You'll need a strong work ethic, excellent reliability, a sharp attention to detail and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions are essential.
Aspects of this job are physical and the job holder is required to lift and carry.

We are located in Winnington, Northwich.
