*** Must drive and live within commutable distance of Biggleswade ****** Must have a Counterbalance forklift license ***A leading Wholesaler based in Biggleswade are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their team. The business operates a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment so we’re looking for someone who is physically fit (due to heavy lifting) and with a current counterbalance forklift licence.What you will be doing:As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations. You will be responsible for efficiently and accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring that products are ready for shipment in a timely manner. Your role is integral to our commitment to customer satisfaction.Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.Use a Counterbalance Forklift to move and stack products as needed.Maintain a clean and organised work environment.Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.About youMust be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location of the warehouseMust possess a valid Counterbalance Forklift license.Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Additional information8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday - overtime availableJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Biggleswade, Bedfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Warehouse experience: 1 year (required)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
