Due to our continued and exciting growth, we have an opportunity to join our small family-run business.
We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our site based in Attercliffe, Sheffield.
What does the job involve?
Supporting our online retail and wholesale operations by aiding the timely dispatch of orders. Product care and accuracy is key in this role to ensure we provide amazing service to our customers. This role involves working with our existing team to pick and process orders using a computerised dispatch system.
Other duties include –
· Accepting and processing deliveries
· Picking and packing orders
· Replenishing shelves
· Stocktaking
· Clear and regular communication with other areas of the business
· Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
· Complying with Health and safety regulations
The ideal candidate would have the following skills -
· Great communication skills, able to understand and follow instructions.
- Good observation skills, an eye for detail
- Responsible for the timely completion of warehouse operative tasks as directed.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in working to deadlines.
Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial but not essential as full training is provided on all aspects of the job role.
This position is part-time Monday-Wednesday 9am-4:30pm (some flexibility possible) with 1 Saturday required per month.
