Our client are looking for a Solicitor specialising in Commercial Property. You will handle a varied caseload for both new and long-standing clients, across a broad spectrum of clients including land-owners, investors, business occupiers and developers and you will handle the full remit of commercial property work. You will be a dynamic commercial property solicitor with 3 to 5 years post qualified experience of commercial property matters and have excellent client relationship skills. You will be advising on all aspects of commercial property law including secured lending, landlord and tenant, options, development and acquisitions. The commercial property department provides a full range of property services to a diverse client base including land agents, local authorities and other occupiers of commercial properties. The role is based in Leicestershire. They offer an excellent base salary, company pension and the office has free onsite parking.
