Maintaining a Clean and Organized Work Area: Warehouse pickers and packers must maintain a clean and organized work area. Following Safety Procedures and Guidelines: Warehouse work can be hazardous if proper safety procedures and guidelines are not followed. As a picker/packer, you will be responsible for following all safety procedures and guidelines, such as wearing personal protective equipment, using safe lifting techniques, and reporting any accidents or injuries immediately.

Communicating Effectively with Team Members and Supervisors: Warehouse pickers and packers must communicate effectively with their team members and supervisors. This includes providing updates on order status, communicating any issues or concerns, and following instructions as directed. You will need to be able to work well with others and be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, or by email.

Assisting with Inventory Management: In addition to picking and packing orders, warehouse pickers and packers may also be responsible for assisting with inventory management.
