As part of our warehouse team and directed by the Warehouse Manager, you will be working in the daily packing and processing of customer orders. You will occasionally be required to perform other tasks in busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, prepare and dispatch orders for delivery as per the company guidelines and to the deadlines set by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Report any discrepancies
Follow company guidelines and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Ad hoc duties.
Details
This is a full-time role, 27.5 hrs per week (9:30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch). Occasional holiday cover and peak period will also be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Pay £10.58 per hour.
The initial contract will be on a 6 month basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The warehouse is based at Lee Mill near Ivybridge in Devon, it has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with casual dress and tea/coffee making facilities.
