Carbon 60 are looking to recruit a Front of House Coordinator for its leading Facilities Management client based in Cambridge
You will be the first point of contact for customers who require facilities support. You will strive to continually improve the customer's experience and be an ambassador for the company and the services they provide. You will need to be customer focused and build relationships on all levels. You will need to be an excellent organiser, be a good communicator and be proactive in promoting new ideas.
Main duties
- Provide a 5 star service to customers
- Provide support with meeting room technology and guide new users in their capacity and usefulness
- Ensure site rules are adhered to
- Monitor vend and stationary hubs
- Provide induction support to new building users
- Have a full working knowledge of the building and all its facilities
- Report all faults to the service desk and/or service provider
- Cover reception when required
- Conduct floor walks to ensure a high level of service delivery

Working hours are 7.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday
Pay rate is £13.19ph PAYE
