We are a business in the healthcare sector. To help us deliver our ambition we are seeking a reliable hard working individual to join our team in our warehouse in Leeds. (Immediate Start).
We are seeking a 100% reliable and hardworking individual to work in a fast environment. We are looking for someone who can accurately, carefully and responsibly pick and pack the correct products into boxes and despatch orders using IT systems and drives a forklift.
The job is full time but is subject to the usual probationary period.
Duties:
- Read orders from picking lists.
- Obtain the correct packing material for the product being packed.
- Communicate any problems with the supervisor.
- Select the appropriate product to pack from the picking list.
- Pack the product carefully using various packing material.
- Process the order using relevant IT systems by processing deliveries online and printing labels.
- Securely attach the correct customer label to the packed item.
- Keep packing area warehouse clean and tidy.
- Put away to appropriate locations when receiving goods, from suppliers including checking deliveries.
- General warehouse work.
- Prefer forklift License.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Picking and Packing experience.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Documentation reading skills.
- Basic maths.
- Heavy lifting.
- Communication skills.
- Capable of using scanning machine.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.75-£10.00 per hour
