Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver
Contract: Fixed-Term 6 months
Salary: £11 per hour (40 hrs a week)
Location: Manchester
Reporting to: Inventory Manager
Working hours: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm

Overview
Here at Beryl we are looking for a Warehouse Operative/Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support our bike, e-bike, and e-scooter spares inventory manager. The role will be based in our Trafford Park Depot.
You will be responsible for picking and packing bicycle and eBike spare parts, palletising, and shipping orders, and unloading, checking, and receipting deliveries. There will also be the opportunity to gain experience with our Inventory Management software, and work with our inventory management team.
We are looking for an experienced forklift driver and warehouse operative to join our growing business. The initial role will be a 6-month contract, with the scope to be extended or move to a different role within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Using our inventory management software to pick items for outbound shipping
- Receiving and booking in deliveries
- Pallet Wrapping
- Loading outbound deliveries
- General warehouse and stock management duties
- Supporting stock takes
- Maintaining the warehouse
Requirements:
- A good team player
- On time and hardworking
- Experience with manual handling
- Experience of working in a similar environment
- Forklift licence
- Driving licence
