Job description
We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Operative
Location: Norwich
This is a 40-hour full time Monday to Sunday role with hours worked over 5 days between 8am and 6pm. Some early and some late shifts.
Purpose:
You’ll be responsible for picking, packing and despatching customer orders, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and treating all stock with the utmost care.
Receiving stock deliveries, reconciling against delivery notes, and replenishing stock.

Primary Objectives:
- To accurately pick and pack customer orders to the highest possible standard
- Receiving deliveries into the warehouse
- Reconciling delivered stock against delivery notes recording damages or shortages
- Replenishing pick face locations
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area
- Observe and adhere to Health & Safety policies
- General duties in order to maintain the efficient workings of the warehouse
Experience and Qualifications:
- Able to work in a methodical, organised and tidy manner
- Ability to keep calm in a fast paced workplace
- Essential to be able to work as part of a team
- Use of WIFI devices to pick orders
- A bonus if you have previous picking/packing experience in a similar environment
- Also a bonus if you have a Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift Truck License
