Job description
I am recruiting for my Client based in Batley for 2 experienced Warehouse Team Leaders.
The purpose of the role is to support all operations within the Depot and be an instrumental part of the growth and development within their distribution process, stock procurement, stock management and development of their e-Commerce business.
Duties
· Lead your Team by example
· Forward planning of staffing numbers
· Allocating correct numbers of personnel to relevant areas of the operation
· You will ensure that all areas are fully operational and report any breakdowns
· Be reactive with the distribution of staff in areas of high demand
· Ensure your Team meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual KPI’s
· Support, train and mentor your Team
· Provide regular feedback being constructive and influential
Candidate Requirements
· Must have relevant Warehouse Team Leader skills
· Experience of working in a large warehouse/eCommerce operation
· Have excellent planning and time management skills
· Be Health and Safety aware
· Be an effective role model demonstrating high levels of performance and productivity
Hours of Work
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800 – 1615
Salary
The position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis with an initial hourly payrate of £11.20
