Job description
Warehouse Operative £11.97 p/h free on-site parking, 20 days paid leave, pension. Working 4 days on and 4 days off on a 12 hour shift 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am alternating.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading ambient logistics and distribution companies as a warehouse operative based in Melksham. You will be key in supporting the distribution team who operate a fleet of over 400 vehicles across the UK.
The warehouse operative role has a variety of tasks which include.
Picking and packing goods using hand held scanners
Loading and unloading containers
Stacking pallets for storage
Use of VNA Forklifts
The warehouse operative team are valued greatly throughout the organisation and, are offered training and development to use VNA trucks.
If you have previous experience as a warehouse operative, driving FLT's or worked within a picking, packing or distribution environment then we would like to hear from you.
The company offer a starting rate of £11.97 p/h per hour the shift system operates a 4 on 4 off rotating system working 12 hours a day. Benefits include 28 days paid annual leave, pension and free on-site parking.
