MCFT are looking for graduates wanting to take their first steps on a fast-track international management programme. We’re a rapidly expanding business with a global presence, and we need the next generation of managers to help run the foreign territories.
Throughout the year, you’ll learn how MCFT operates, we’ll give you the knowledge of what it takes to lead a successful business, we will then give you an opportunity to head up your own division overseas. What you’ll contribute:
· You’ll be given responsibility from day-one, and you’ll have to develop fast.
· You’ll be an invaluable part of our team; workload will vary, and no two days will ever feel the same.

The Programme:
A structured one year programme that will result in you becoming a manager overseas. If you’re capable, you can complete the programme in less time.
The first year you will start on a £37k salary. You will learn the MCFT way, gain experience in a variety of business areas and signal your intent to work hard, roll up your sleeves and demonstrate your potential to become a senior leader.
Once complete you will continue your professional development in one of our overseas territories. Your pay will increase to £40k. We currently have offices in Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Philippines and Netherlands. We are opening multiple new territories every year.
Throughout your training we’ll provide you with constructive feedback and nurture your career growth, and with support from a mentor put you on the path to becoming a future leader at MCFT.
