Tikkurila UK is a large paint production and distribution business which operates throughout the UK.
We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) experienced warehouse Operative at our Edinburgh HQ. This role includes: using our warehouse operating system to pick orders quickly and accurately, tinting paint using tinting machines and software, packing boxes for same-day dispatch, working Monday to Friday and Sunday on rotation.
Please only apply for this job if you can work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm, and Sundays between 8am and 5pm (rotation of 1 weekend in 4).
The successful candidate will
- Ideally have experience of a busy warehouse environment and/or paint mixing
- Ideally have experience of using a warehouse operating system
- Have a Forklift license (not compulsory, but preferred)
- Be willing to learn and keen to develop their knowledge
- Team player
- Friendly & approachable
Main responsibilities
- Picking and prioritising orders quickly, efficiently, and accurately
- Tinting goods accurately and maintaining the tinting equipment
- Using our warehouse operating system
- Maintaining good communications between various warehouse areas
- Packing boxes for same-day dispatch

Salary: £10.42 per hour
