Warehouse Operatives (14 positions available)
Location: The Works, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1AL
Shifts:
- 6am - 2pm (National Living Wage)
- 2pm - 10pm (National Living Wage +10% shift premium)
Overtime:
- Paid at time and a half

What you’ll be doing as a Warehouse Operative
Now, we won't sugar-coat it — this role can be physically demanding. You'll be lifting, carrying, and moving stock to get your daily workout in. But fear not, because teamwork is your secret weapon to meeting our daily targets.
- Picking stock using a handset and LLOP (low-level order picker) – our trusty hand pump truck for efficient stock movement onto pallets.
- Ensuring accurate order picking with the handset.
- Working towards pick rate targets to keep our order fulfilment on track.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy warehouse through good housekeeping practices.
- Complying with health and safety measures to protect yourself and your teammates.
Requirements
- No prior experience? No problem! - Whether you've never set foot in a warehouse before or are a seasoned veteran, we've got your back. Consider us your Warehouse Academy, where we'll unlock your potential and turn you into a stock-picking legend!
- Flex those muscles, Superhero! – We won't lie; being a Warehouse Operative can be a physical workout. But hey, who needs a gym membership when you can lift boxes, move stock, and show off your superhero strength all day?

Math skills that count... literally! – Counting may not sound as cool as battling supervillains, but it's a superpower to us. We just need some basic math skills to keep our inventory in check. You'll be the hero who ensures every order is accurate and accounted for!
- Communication – Our teams speak various languages, making us the Avengers of communication diversity, but you’ll need a good level of basic English communication skills to collaborate with your fellow superheroes and interact with your manager.
