About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Distribution centre as part of a busy Warehouse Operative team responsible for delivering an efficient warehouse operating service to Swim England’s internal and external customers ensuring awards, certificates and other sports resources are picked and packed to a high standard.
Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all paperwork relating to the pick, pack and delivery process is accurately completed and correctly stored
- Communicating professionally with all customers using email, telephone or face to face
- Communicating, building and maintaining relationships with all customers
- Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal teams to maintain collaborative working
- Following processes and procedures as per organizational standards and that of ISO9001-2015
- Carrying out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job and proactively comply with organisation policies and procedures.

About You
The successful candidate must:
- Ability to perform well under pressure and work to targets
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Proven experience of working within a warehouse or similar environment
- Forklift License
- Understanding of ISO9001 – 2015
- Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Packages
- Knowledge of and ability to use courier online systems
