Job description

Hours: 37.5 a week (12.00pm – 20.00pm) Monday to Friday

Key duties include:

  • Picking orders in line with processes and order requirements.
  • Ensuring all products and packaging comply with quality control standards before being dispatched.
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.
  • Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting stock for storage in the warehouse.
  • Taking goods to the appropriate storage space – perhaps using loading and lifting gear for heavy goods,
  • Continuously carrying out quality control checks throughout handling goods in, picking, packing and despatching processes.
  • Keeping a careful record of the stock on the warehouse management system, so that it can be located quickly.
  • Replenish stock as required and ensure that any stock movements are carried out correctly using handheld scanners.
  • Assemble education kits efficiently in line with procedures and internal requests.
  • Carry out Perpetual Inventory counting.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring a high standard of housekeeping and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures at all time.

What we are looking for:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to follow any written or verbal instructions from the management team.
  • Good understanding of health and safety within a warehouse.
  • Previous warehouse experience and Knowledge on WMS systems.
