Job description

Warehouse Operative. The ideal candidate will be approachable and friendly. Good interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be capable of working in a dynamic environment, on their own initiative and as part of a small team. A keen eye for detail is necessary, as is a willingness to be flexible, and experience of safe manual handling procedures. Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling, managing & processing products
• Operating carpet cutting machinery
• Picking, packing and processing orders
• Taking a proactive approach to housekeeping
• Careful loading/unloading of our own and others’ vehicles

Skills

• At least 3 years warehouse experience is essential (flooring preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good standard of general literacy & numeracy, including basic computer skills
• Clean full driving license preferred
