Job description
Warehouse Operative. The ideal candidate will be approachable and friendly. Good interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be capable of working in a dynamic environment, on their own initiative and as part of a small team. A keen eye for detail is necessary, as is a willingness to be flexible, and experience of safe manual handling procedures. Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling, managing & processing products
- Operating carpet cutting machinery
- Picking, packing and processing orders
- Taking a proactive approach to housekeeping
- Careful loading/unloading of our own and others’ vehicles
Skills
- At least 3 years warehouse experience is essential (flooring preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good standard of general literacy & numeracy, including basic computer skills
- Clean full driving license preferred
