Warehouse Operative – Job Description:
LullaBellz is an established fast-growing Hair and Beauty E Commerce Company with significant plans to accelerate growth by expanding our customer service and fulfilment capabilities.
Reporting into the Warehouse Team Manager we are looking for an organised and experienced warehouse operative to join our warehouse team. Working a full time 40-hour week based at our Manchester city centre warehouse.
You will ideally have previous experience within a fast-paced eCommerce pick and pack Operation.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Ensuring all orders are shipped on time - Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately.
· Ensuring all orders are shipped meeting all customer expectations and requirements.
· Ensuring stock is stored correctly and stock figures are kept up to date. Assisting with checking in deliveries, applying to the website and adding to the stockroom.
· Re-packing own brand goods in the correct packaging to a high standard.
· Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy ensuring all overflow stock is replenished.
· Processing and receiving accurately all deliveries within a timely manner ensuring the Warehouse Management System is always accurate and up to date.
· Prioritising the outbound workload to ensure that high priority orders achieve their deadlines.
Key Skills:
- Computer literate - experience in using HHT’s and barcode readers.
- Well organised with a determination to succeed at all tasks and always complete them to the best of their ability.
- Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in an ecommerce environment (pick/pack) would be preferable.
- Experience in using the warehouse management system PeopleVox would be a major advantage.

Working hours: 1:30pm - 10pm - Monday - Friday
5% Shift allowance will be paid for working these hours
