Warehouse Operative

Kai Collective is a London-based attainable clothing brand with luxury aesthetics, founded in 2016. We make clothing that makes women feel like their most confident selves.

We are looking for a highly skilled, organised and reliable individual to work in our North London (Finchley) based warehouse. Your role will mainly include organisation of the stockroom, unpacking and arranging goods in, dispatching orders, processing returns, and general logistics management. Job outline

· Responsible for the picking, packing and distribution of customer orders.

· Receiving and handling large stock deliveries from manufacturers- heavy lifting and sorting.

· Counting and organising units and checking these in to the warehouse.

· Conducting stock counts.

· Responsible for putting away large deliveries of packaging.

· Arranging collections from third parties e.g DPD/ DHL.

· Liaising with the team to ensure that the warehouse is well organised e.g letting them know when packaging is running low, supplies, rubbish collections etc.

· Ensuring that the warehouse is always tidy and well organised.

· Always be very aware of any packages coming in and out of the warehouse.

· Processing returns.

Skills required

· Extremely hard working and motivated.

· Outstanding level of accuracy.

· High attention to detail.

· Strong communicator.

. Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance.

· Have a good knowledge of how to use DHL and DPD, and other logistics software.

· Comfortable with heavy lifting from time to time / good physical health.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Tidy and clean.

· Takes responsibility for working in a safe and methodical manner.

· Well organised and good at meeting tight deadlines.

· The ability to work well under pressure, and offer extra flexibility at peak times.

· Punctual.

· Reliable.

· Good at working in a team.

Previous warehouse experience essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
