We are looking to welcome warehouse operatives to our fantastic & ever-growing logistics team here at IKEA Reading.
WHAT WE OFFER
£10.90 hourly rate + an additional £2.25 per hour for hours worked between 10pm till 6am.
We have 2 contract sizes available:
30hrs working 5 days over 7 - 4am till 10am
20hrs per week working 4 days over 7 - 5am till 10am
Both contracts will receive every 4th weekend off.
Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the logistics team in a store, you will be working in our goods receiving department. Your daily duties will be receiving stock, picking, replenishment and checking order accuracy. We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.

Your daily duties will be receiving stock, picking, checking order accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery. You will also be required to meet the customer in the store during picking. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
We are looking for someone who has good IT skills & a customer service mindset. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too.
