IKEA Lakeside are looking to welcome a warehouse operative to work in our early morning replenishment team shifts are 4am - 10am
We are looking for someone who can work hard in a physically demanding role with a customer driven mindset.

In the IKEA world, we call this position a Logistics Co-worker.

Expected Starting Date: 12th March 2023

WHAT WE OFFER

• £10.90 basic hourly rate - this will rise to £11.45 on the 1st of MAY 2023
• £2.25 nightshift rate between 11pm -6am
• Living Wage Foundation Employer
• The opportunity to train in fork-lift driving is available and once trained the rate is £1.50 per hour

• Part time: 18 - hours with 3 out of 7 days & 3 out of 4 weekends

30 - hours with 5 out of 7 days & 3 out of 4 weekends

• Flexibility on availability to be discussed during interviews
• We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling & regular weekend off

Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the logistics team in a store, you will have the customers at heart, you will be preparing and filling large volumes of stock for the busy day ahead. Your daily duties will be receiving stock, filling shelves, ensuring store is tidy and safe for trade. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.

We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
